Hello Everyone,
I am La'Marion "Sue" Patterson the "co-creator" (God is the creator) of the "Single Truth" blog. Most importantly, I am a Single Mother to Landon Kristopher. I have been praying about starting a blog for single moms for a long time and God has revealed to me in different ways that the time is NOW! Oh how I know that being a single mom is not an easy task at all, and how sometimes you just need someone to understand what you are going through. You even need people to vent to, or just hear them say encouraging words letting you know "there is a light at the end" or "Don't give up."
Now in no means is this blog used for "daddy bashing" or even "mommy bashing" (passing judgment) but to share my emotions and experiences. I will also use this blog to discuss dating issues, discipline, or anything when "mommy advice" is needed. I'm so excited for this blog and all that God has planned for it...and also the start of being able to uplift each other as we grow as Christian Single Women/Moms. So I hope that you receive encouragement and love here! I also hope you can be transparent because your testimony may help another mom! Thank you for supporting me!

Awesome! Can't wait to read more. I can relate from a child's view. As you know, my mom raised all five of us by herself. Now that I'm older, i understand the things she had to go through and as her child.....it ticked me off. I'm proud of you for speaking up and you have my support cousin.
ReplyDeleteWow open up the gate's and let the words flow, there are so many single mother's that needs to hear and be able to relate to the issues that come with being a mom you have open up a world that we all have to overcome one day so keep the words flowing friend.
